A traditional roll top boat bath with matt black exterior from Charlotte Edwards Baths.

This matt black boat bath is ideal in a traditional bathroom where you may have a black and white tiled floor or walls and you want the bath to match. Or you may want to use it in a contemporary bathroom to provide that modern-retro designer feel.

How Much Does UK Delivery Cost?

For all bath orders our standard UK delivery is free of charge. This covers most UK mainland addresses. With our standard deliveries you can choose your day of delivery to be any week day and delivery will usually be between 9am and 5pm.

In addition to our standard deliveries we can also do Saturday morning deliveries, AM deliveries, before 10am deliveries. afternoon deliveries and timed deliveries. Each of these options will cost a little more usually between £20 (for a morning delivery) and £60 (for a Saturday delivery). Please contact us if you need a non-standard delivery and we will be able to provide you with a quote.

I've placed an order, what happens next?

We Arrange a Delivery Schedule: We will contact you within 1 working day with a delivery schedule. For smaller orders (e.g. taps and waste kits) we will also email you a tracking link the day before delivery and for larger orders (baths, basins, WCs) we will ring you the day before delivery with an approximate delivery time.

We Get More Info if required: If your order includes a painted bath, painted basin or item of painted furniture we will contact you within 1 working day to confirm your chosen colour(s). We will not charge your card until we have confirmed your chosen paint colour.

We Expertly Check your Order: Our expert staff will check all the items in your order for compatibility and completeness. If we believe you may have ordered incompatible products, missed vital items out or included items that you may not need we will contact you to ensure we get your order right.

We Charge Your Card: When you place an order with us, your payment will, at first, be authorised but not captured and you will be sent an automated email confirmation of your order. This means that on your statement the money will not have been taken from your account but will not be included in your 'Available to Spend' total. Only when all the details of your order are confirmed will we actually charge your card so that the payment leaves your account. Then we will email you a VAT invoice/receipt.

How long will it take from placing my order to delivery?

The usual delivery time is about 3 to 5 working days for smaller items (e.g. taps, showers) and approximately 5 to 10 working days or less for larger orders (e.g. WCs, baths) and 10 to 20 working days for painted baths. For larger items once we know your postal area we can give you a choice of specific delivery days. If its urgent we can often deliver much more quickly, including with next day or 48 hour deliveries.

How long will my order take if I have items that are being customised for me, e.g. a painted bath?

If your order includes a painted bath this will usually take between 10 and 20 working days from ordering to delivery depending upon how busy we are. Please ring or email to ask for the latest lead times.

What size van is the delivery on (we live down a narrow lane)?

Our usual carriers deliver on a luton vans or large transit vans so they will get down most of the roads or lanes that a large car can get down.

Will we be given a time when the delivery will take place?

Our standard deliveries are between 9am and 5pm, however we are often able to provide you with an approximate delivery time on the day of delivery, we can also have the carriers ring you on the day when they are a short distance from you.
