I've Placed an Order – What Happens Next?

  1. We Arrange a Delivery Schedule
    Within one working day of your order, we’ll contact you to confirm the details and discuss a suitable delivery schedule.

  2. We Confirm Any Customisation Details

    • For painted baths and basins, we will confirm your choice of paint and colour.
    • If you haven’t chosen a colour yet, we’re happy to offer expert advice based on our extensive experience.
    • Your card will not be charged until we have confirmed your selected paint colour.
  3. We Expertly Check Your Order
    Our team will review your order to ensure everything is compatible and complete. If we notice any missing or incompatible items, we’ll get in touch to help you adjust your order before it is finalised.

  4. We Process Your Payment & Send Confirmation
    Once all order details are confirmed, we’ll process your payment and email you an invoice/receipt.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

  • Small items (e.g. taps, showers): 3 to 5 working days
  • Larger non-customised items (e.g. unpainted baths): 3 to 10 working days
  • Custom-painted baths: Typically 2 to 4 weeks

Need it sooner? We can often arrange faster delivery, including next-day or 48-hour options.
Not ready to receive your order yet? We can hold onto it until you’re ready—just let us know.

We can deliver on any weekday that suits you, with standard delivery times from 9am to 5pm. Other options include:

  • Morning delivery (before 10am or before 12 noon)
  • Afternoon delivery
  • Timed deliveries
  • Saturday deliveries

What Size Van Will Be Used for Delivery?

Our standard carriers deliver on 7.5-tonne tail-lift trucks, which can typically access any roads that a large car can navigate.

If you live in a narrow lane or have restricted access, contact us in advance—we can discuss alternative delivery options to ensure a smooth experience.


Will I Get a Delivery Time Slot?

Most bath deliveries arrive on a weekday (9am to 5pm) kerbside delivery, but we can offer additional options, including:

  • Morning delivery (before 12 noon or before 10am)
  • Afternoon delivery
  • Saturday delivery

Some of these services may incur an extra charge—contact us to discuss your requirements.


What Should I Expect When the Bath Arrives?

  • Delivery is made on a pallet by a pallet carrier.
  • A single driver will deliver kerbside only. They are not required to move the bath onto your property, but they will generally help where possible.
  • The driver will have a trolley jack to move the pallet on flat surfaces (e.g. paving or tarmac), but they cannot move it up/down steps, inclines, or on gravel/grass.
  • The bath will be securely packaged and can be left outside safely in normal weather conditions.
  • We strongly recommend having two people available to receive the delivery.

Checking Your Delivery on Arrival

  • Please fully unwrap and inspect your bath upon delivery.
  • If there are any issues, report them to us on the same day.
  • If you are receiving delivery outside our office hours and notice a problem, please call and leave a message so we can follow up as soon as possible.
  • If you won’t be able to check the delivery immediately, let us know in advance so we can discuss the best approach.
